yes i know, it has STILL been a while...

i swear things are getting crazier and crazier by the day... by request i was asked to update the blog so here it is.

-business is CRAZY. im more busy then i know what to do with! no that is NOT a complaint -- that is excitment and overwhelmed!! I'm so blessed to have such amazing family and friends that can help me get on my feet... and thank god for my photography girls who help me keep things in check! i'd be lost without all of you -friends and family. so thank you. 100 times thank you.

-jackson aka dennis is a terror. i thought temper tantrums didnt start until 2? yeah thats a lie. im talking on the floor flopping around like a fish out of water if he doesnt get what he wants. who's kid is that anyways?

-he is onto, into, and around EVERYTHING he can find. chairs, couches, cribs, whatever. yes, 100% boy.

-we got two new things *check back for pictures* last week
1) a black eye from pulling the drawer out straight into his eye
2) stride rite shoes. thats right - we made the big leap. after kicking and screaming his face off in the store, he now puts his shoes on and RUNS everywhere like its no big deal. who would have thought as i was trying them on his feet in the store as he was screaming like i broke his foot. what a nice mom i am.

-daddy is home!!!!!!!! hoooorrraaayyy for daddy!! jackson loves to yell on the monitor when he wakes up in the mornings..''DDDAAAAHHHDDAAAHHHDAAAHHHDDAAHHH" until we go in and he says 'Hi dadah'

-jackson has to put all FOUR loveys that he sleeps with in his hands as you take him out of the crib now.. and if you dont, he will climb up and pull them out through the slates.. he runs around yelling 'nah night nah night' with them in his hands!

-he is talking up a storm - trying to repeat everything you say - its so funny when he tries to say certain words! another favorite passtime is running up and down the hallway as fast as he can! he just thinks its the greatest thing ever -- he will go to the door and bang on it until you open it!.. fresh fresh fresh!

-he is so tall these days.. i thought we could get away with his 12 month clothes for a while, but he is in that ackward stage between 12 month and 18 month though.. i wish they had another in between stage... or maybe hes going to grow even more and then we'll just be in 18 months all together...
