Cousin Alison and her boyfriend Doug had a RUDE awakening earlier this week... As some of you know (and may have seen on the news..) we've had some YUCKY weather this past week.. high winds... rain... gross. Well Alison and Doug had JUST purchased their own home down the street... YAY! ... after only 9 days of living there, they had a surprise visit from the 80 ft. tree behind their house INTO their bedroom........ scary stuff.
BUT i'm happy to report they are both alright -- shaken up as you can imagine but not hurt or anything... the house, is another story.... as you can see below!...
I did not take these pictures -- they were just pictures she sent along in an email - but so many of you have called and asked about our weather and flooding i just thought id share some snapshots of what its been doing here!!

How scary for them. We had a tree fall on our house, but it was just a little one and only hit the deck and dented the gutter. Nothing like this. Yikes!
